Other Sports at Peraleja Golf
There is an equestrian riding centre on the resort
Of course the main sports activity on the development is the golf course, but an attempt has been made to cater for a wider range of sporting interests. Unfortunately this attempt has been somewhat curtailed by the property construction downturn which seems to have resulted in a paralisation in the maintenance services of the facilities.
The development includes two tennis courts and two paddle tennis courts, but in the summer of 2013 these were unused and practically unusable, languishing in a lamentable state of ill repair.
The same can be said without fear of contradiction of the football field, which at the same date was overgrown and completely unusable.
There is an equestrian centre called "La Pelegrina" at the end of the urbanization, where both adults and children can enjoy a choice of riding lessons and activities in the attractive countryside around the resort.
(Tel 968 607567, which is also the number for the golf club).
The paths running throughout the development around the golf course are suitable for both cyclists and joggers.
