October 2 to 4 Gastronomy fair with tapas avenue in Águilas

Showcookings, featured products and a wide range of delicacies in the Plaza de Antonio Cortijos

The Sabore Águilas gastronomy gair returns to the Plaza de Antonio Cortijos in Águilas over the weekend of October 2 to 4 with a mix of leisure activities, music and culture running along side the food and drinks events, which include a tapas avenue.

Among the featured products are those of the major Culmarex fish farming concern, rice bearing the renowned D.O. Calasparra labebl, Sarita tomatoes from Looijen and foostuffs provided by Agrucapers.

Among the guest restaurants are El Mosqui from Cartagena, Restaurante Casa Bartolo from Águilas, Tandem and Restaurante Salabore from Murcia and Restaurante Bar Cantero and Restaurante La Esquinica from Calasparra, while the showcooking is hosted by the chef El Poli.

The timetable of demonstrations and live music is as follows:

Friday October 2

22.00: DJ set.

Saturday October 3

12:30: Restaurante El Mosqui (Cartagena).

13:30: Restaurante Casa Bartolo (Águilas).

22.00: Live music with Los Supersónicos.

Sunday October 4

13:00: Restaurante Tandem (Murcia).

13:30: Restaurante Salabores (Murcia).

14:30: Restaurante Bar Cantero and Restaurante La Esquinica (Calasparra).

Tickets for these shows cost 1 or 2 euros, while tapas and drinks are priced in multiples of 2 euros. A glass of wine is 3 euros.
