Buying, renting and selling Spanish homes with a Swedish twist.
Wouldn’t it be good if you could have a real estate agent in Spain who doesn’t just speak your language, but is actually an expat themselves and has gone through the process of purchasing and renting out property? Buying a second home in Spain which you can rent out when you’re not there, or even moving to live in Spain as an expat, is made easier by English-speaking real estate agents… but those looking for a slice of home and property advice from someone who’s been there turn to Spaindinavia.
Set up by Lisa and Johan in 2017 when they moved to the Murcia region from Sweden, Spaindinavia caters to expats in Mazarrón and the surrounding area who are looking to buy, sell or rent property in Spain. With nearly 20 years’ experience in property investment in Sweden, the UK, the USA and in Spain, Lisa and Johan now help others to purchase and rent homes in Spain and take care of all their property needs.
The services they offer include taking care of Spanish property deeds and paperwork when buying a home so customers don’t have to travel to Spain several times or book an appointment with different agents, working with solicitors throughout the deal to ensure that everything is legal and done correctly, part-financing the investment by renting it out, and much more.
People from Nordic countries are increasingly moving to the Mazarrón area, which is still a hidden gem for most Scandinavians. People from Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland and Iceland have all become very fond of the local environment once they have found their way here and bought or rented a home. But Spaindinavia’s service isn’t just for Scandinavians! While expats from these countries can benefit from being able to speak their own language in the Spaindinavia real estate agency, they also offer services in English and welcome all customers regardless of origin and language.
In fact, Spaindinavia’s tenants come from all over the world and they stay anywhere from 3 days to 12 months, while the owners of the properties they rent out appreciate the transparency of the service. Everyone gets their own logins to an online system, so that they can see exactly when their property is rented out and which web portals the bookings come from. Trust and transparency are absolutely fundamental for Lisa and Johan, and they strive to offer all their clients the very best service with a typical Scandinavian feel.
