Camposol Hospital to hire 150 professionals in time for pre-summer opening

The Guadalentín Private Hospital, managed by the Mederi Salud Group, has already interviewed more than 100 applicants and has received more than 300 CVs since March.
The management of the Guadalentín Hospital in the Camposol Urbanisation, which will open its doors before the summer, has started the selection process of personnel that is expected to be around 150 direct jobs among medical professionals, nurses and other health, administrative and management positions. The Hospital, managed by the Mederi Salud Group, has opened the personnel selection process and has already received more than 300 resumes and interviewed nearly 100 applicants.
Experienced medical profiles
The Mederi Salud Group point out that the type of medical profile sought is “that of medical professionals with MIR (Resident intern) training and with a proven reputation and experience in the respective specialty. Additional recruitment will include nursing and management personnel and professionals with experience in priority areas: surgery, emergencies, outpatient consultations and postoperative care.”
Those responsible have also specified that for the Hospital opening, which will take place before summer, up to 50 positions in the medical area of various specialties must be filled and that hiring is being processed.
“We estimate that in the areas of nursing, administration and management, we are going to need around 80 professionals of different categories including nurses, supervisors, TCAE (Care Technicians – Nursing Auxiliaries), orderlies, radiology and laboratory technicians, and maintenance personnel. administration and management.”
The hospital management have also detailed other profiles that are being interviewed such as “service personnel for maintenance, kitchen, laundry and those responsible for patient care, admission and security.”
Languages, a plus in the selection
In the selection of personnel, importance will be given to knowledge of foreign languages such as English or German, since “due to the location of the Hospital, in the Camposol urbanisation in Mazarrón, there is a notable increase in foreigners during vacation periods. Although it is not an essential requirement, since the hospital will serve the entire population of lower Guadalentín, 365 days a year, where the vast majority are Spanish residents,” management spokesman explained.
Continuous job appointments
The Hospital management has stated that all the CVs received will be kept on file for vacancies arising after the opening, which will continue to be enhanced by new arrivals. In addition, the selection process will remain open, according to needs, after the staff have been trained.
The health centre points out that the generation of various indirect jobs is planned, mainly in the areas of administration and management, and to meet the needs of security, catering, cleaning, waste management, supply, etc.
